This winning proposal reimagined the Nespresso career site as a sensory-rich digital journey rooted in human impact, sustainability, and craft. Serving as the Art Director for the pitch, I led a vision inspired by the brand’s signature concept of “moments”—translating the passion behind exceptional coffee into a compelling narrative for prospective talent.
The approach utilized bold, capsule-inspired visuals paired with warm, purposeful storytelling to highlight Nespresso’s investment in both its people and the planet. By establishing a vibrant, editorial-style experience, we bridged the gap between a standard recruitment platform and a premium brand destination—inviting candidates to see their career as part of a larger, meaningful legacy from farm to capsule.
