Nespresso required a global recruitment platform that matched the premium, sophisticated aesthetic of its consumer-facing brand. Serving as the lead Art Director for both the digital experience and the original photography, I transformed a functional recruitment tool into an immersive brand destination. To ensure the platform felt authentic, I led a series of on-site photoshoots at Nespresso’s New York flagship and corporate offices—capturing the real stories and faces behind the brand. By establishing a cohesive visual system and content framework, we bridged the gap between talent acquisition and the boutique luxury experience, creating a consistent brand narrative that resonates with candidates worldwide.
